Sounds Terrific! Why aren more people lining up to buy?
Two years ago, you would only find a small number of houses for sale in this community of approximately 350 houses. There was not a strong need to advertise these properties and many real estate agents simply ignored or had limited knowledge of the Las Vegas Country Club Estates. There’s also no strong image marketing campaign that you often find in a new luxury condo development. So many people simply don’t know about this niche.
