Right. There are a number of individuals that own Lots in the Nest. These Lots are priced from $1750 to $7500 depending on size and location. You will receive a Warranty Deed for the Lot upon full payment. You may receive a cash discount or we will finance and trade for the cost of a Lot. You may build a home or ministry office on these Lots. Some of the Lots will be used for Campground purposes and won’t be available. There are deed restrictions and a yearly road fee of $25 per lot.
