Sometimes when I add an item to a PO, it comes up with a quantity greater than one. What is going on?

When you add an item to a PO, NutShell checks your system to see how much it thinks you need. It will compare your QOH to the Reorder point and check your open invoices for client backorders. The quantity that you need, based on these two criteria, will be placed in the order quantity on the PO.
