Sometimes the response from www.xak.com is slow why?
We are at all times monitoring the performance of our communication lines and the response times of our servers. Our Recent upgrade to a 2 Mbt channel with Cytanet ensures that we have the best possible access to our servers, it is however possible that the access to our servers from Dial up lines is slow due to congestion on the ISP backbone network, in other words too many users using the Internet Service Providers access point. We will continuously upgrade our infrastructure to enable the fastest possible access to the market.
