Sometimes my High Impact eMail stationery doesn display when users reply to my original message. Why not, and did they see my stationery correctly when they initially received my message?
When replying to a message (or forwarding one), there are several common email programs such as Yahoo, Hotmail, and AOL which will remove the HTML code that displays your stationery. The same result can occur when someone replies with Outlook or Outlook Express, and they have set their configuration to a TEXT ONLY mode. On the other hand, you should rest assured that your message was received correctly (although without the stationery).
