A. Several times a month late a night, HTC Barracuda Email Protection undergoes regular maintenance, keeping the system up-to-date on the latest SPAM and phishing techniques. During this maintenance some functions may not occur as usual. If this happens to you, simply log off your HTC Barracuda account and re-log back on. That way you will probably log onto a different Barracuda connections where maintenance either has already occurred or is scheduled for maintenance later.
