Sometimes I try to connect, and another password prompt is presented, as if my password was not recognized. What is the problem?

Make sure that your username is all lower-case, and that your password is the proper case also. Our usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. The most common problem is that people tend to forget that the caps-lock key is pressed.
