Sometimes, I get a long message about registering IDrive-E after I click on Login. What does this mean to me as a user?
This message is to notify users that IDrive-E has already been installed on another computer and is being used with the same username you have entered on this machine to login. The IDrive-E client agent works with a single username on one computer for logins and we do not recommend multiple logins with the same username on multiple machines. The only exception is in case of a system crash etc. when a user might want to install IDrive-E afresh on the machine to commence using the client agent again.
