The UNO Annual Fund, which is also called the UNO First Fund, is the annual giving program of The University of New Orleans and is a critical component of its fundraising campaign. Gifts to the UNO First Fund provides flexible resources that are used to meet the most immediate needs of the University like recruiting and retaining talented students, attracting and retaining outstanding faculty, securing the most up-to-date classroom technology, facilitating student and outreach programs, and adding campus enhancements. Although UNO is a public university, we are state-assisted rather than state supported, which means that every donated dollar is important to our success. Gifts to the UNO First Fund help UNO meet priorities that cannot be funded by state and tuition support alone. The UNO First Fund runs from July 1 to June 30. Gifts may be made at one time or you may pay in installments, with the final installment due by June 30. For questions or additional information regarding the UNO
