Some users report that their PostScript files are not being processed into PDFs or the PDF is corrupted. What could be the problem?

Users must ONLY submit PostScript files that have been created with the Jaws PostScript Printer driver provided. Jaws PDF Server may not correctly process files created using other drivers.
