Some students do not have my subject listed on their LearnJCU gateway. How can I resolve this?
• LearnJCU draws its information about which subjects students have access to directly from the student enrolment database. If students are incorrectly associated with subjects in LearnJCU, they should first log into Students Online then choose the Current Enrolment item from the left hand menu. If any of their enrolment details are incorrect students should contact their Faculty Office (Townsville campus), the Student Administration Office (Cairns campus) or the Research Higher Degrees Office (Research students). See the Faculty Administration Contacts page for full contact details. These staff can make the necessary changes to student enrolment details which will be effected in LearnJCU within 24 hours.
