Some states do not require that fees be paid for alternate brand names of the same product. How does ERenewals calculate those fees correctly?
As with the Manufacturing and Experimental use products, Erenewals offers the registrant the ability to indicate if products are exempt from the state registration fee. Products checked as such will not calculate the fee. Please note, that this information is subject to review by the state, and each state has the final authority to determine if products are truly alternate brand names, or if products are considered a separate registration.
