Some social workers who previously had access to all systems included in OLV do not have access to all systems in OLV. Why?
Access to OLV is role-based; that is, access is based on predefined worker types and their official need to know certain confidential data. This is determined in part on Social Security Administration rules for permitting access. If you believe your OLV user role is incorrect, contact your Security Officer.
