Some selections on my CJ-V99 jukebox seem to play the wrong song ?

Any time discs are changed, the jukebox needs to be initialized. Inside the jukebox, hold down the TOC INITIALIZE button for several seconds until the jukebox makes a beep sound. Shut the door to start. CJ-V55 jukeboxes automatically perform TOC initialization at each power up.
