Some villa owners have specific policies regarding handling of individual telephone or electricity usage charges. These bills are usually not reconciled until well after your trip. For your convenience, Saand.com will send you a bill itemizing the charges if there were any during your stay, and will collect the payment at that time. Other firms require a large security deposit to settle these types of charges, however this is not a Saand policy.
