Some people say that since NoCat isn maintained anymore that I shouldn use it??
Clearly they don’t understand what NoCat is. At it’s basic level, NoCat essentially manipulates IpTables rules to allow or deny access. So unless NoCat can’t work with IpTables anymore, then yes, you shouldn’t use it. In short, it works perfectly fine and a lot of people still use it. Including 95% of PersonalTelco node builders and members. If you want maps, and other fancy options, then you should look elsewhere. NoCat is a tried-and-true solution that has been working for a long time.
