SOME ONE PLEASE HELP! what effects do immigrants have on social welfare costs? ?
Depending on where you live they can be positive or negative, some immigrants can bring in allot of issues, depending on their homeland and the reason for their immigration. However some countries won’t let people like this immigrate to their country unless under refugee status, e.g Australia which has some of the strictest immigration standards. Countries that do allow people with issues in can have negative effects of their social welfare costs, such as welfare payments, counselling, education, finding work, social prejudice against them for getting employed when allot of people say well there’s unemployment, why not give it to the unemployed. If they’re educated and have a trade then they can positive economic effects, but still some social prejudice due to taking jobs.
