Some of the websites I visit use HTTPS. Do I still need Private WiFi?
HTTPS stands for “HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure” and is used by certain sites (such as eBay and Amazon) to ensure safe Internet transactions. While this provides encryption for any data you exchange with such a website, Private WiFi ensures that you have the same kind of protection for any and all websites you visit. Private WiFi also protects your instant messaging, streaming, VoIP, and email as well.
