A. If a component does not appear to be working, it is most likely corrupted and needs to be reset online. Rather than simply publish the site again, we recommend opening the web directly and editing the site online to ensure the Frontpage extensions on the server register the changes you will make. With most components, simply removing the component and re-inserting it are sufficient to resolve the problem.
