Ensure that the files/folders are not on the ‘Exclude’ list. You can view the excluded file/folder list from ‘Tools’ -> Preferences -> Exclude Files/Folders.

Please check whether these files/folders are present in the Exclude list. If the files/folders are present in the exclude list, then they will not be considered for backup. You can view the excluded file/folder list from Tools -> Preferences -> Exclude Files/Folders.
