Some of the fields on my application form are blank and I cant fill them in on the screen. What should I do?
Your personalised application form is composed of two files: a pdf file and a data file. The data file contains the personal information that you provided during Step 2 of the application process. Your web browser inserts the data (i.e. your personal information) into the pdf application form via Adobes Acrobat Reader.
