Some of the DTM commands run under the user profile QSYS (which has QSECOFR authorities). Why is this necessary?
Some of the commands related to the conversion of OV/400 documents require QSECOFR-like authority in order to be able to convert the documents correctly, and set the appropriate authorities on the new document. Additionally, functions related to the integration into Lotus Domino require similar authority.
