• LearnJCU draws its information about which subjects you have access to directly from Staff Online. Therefore the first thing you should do is is log on to staff online and choose the Your Subjects item from the left hand menu. This page will list the subjects you are currently associated with. • If a subject is not listed that you require access to, click the Request Teaching Access link and follow the instructions. Note: Following HOS approval, please allow 24 hours for the changes to occur in the system. • If you are otherwise associated incorrectly with a subject, click the Your Subjects link to display your subjects, then click the DELETE link to the right of the incorrect subject. Note: Following HOS approval, please allow 24 hours for the changes to occur in the system.
