Some of my customers receive volume discounts. Can VirtualE Instant Pricing give different customers different price structures?
Yes! You can profile each customer presetting their own specific pricing criteria within your VirtualE Instant Pricing System. You can, if you choose to, give select key customers access to enter job specs directly into your system to either submit as a request for quote or receive “automated instant pricing” directly themselves. Estimators typically have full system access while others have more limited access appropriate to their function and, for customers, the strength and importance of their relationship with you. You determine exactly what, if anything, anyone has access to on your system and how it is generated and presented.
