There are a couple reasons this can occur. Solution 1 If the browser window is too small you can enlarge the browser window by clicking the Maximum window button. You may also enlarge the window by stretching the side or bottom of the window to be larger. Solution 2 With Internet Explorer 7 browser the address bar at the top and status bar at the bottom may cause the Next and Previous buttons to become hidden. To remove the Address bar and Status bar change the browser settings in the main browser window. 1. Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options. 2. Select the Security tab. 3. Select the zone called Internet (the Earth icon). 4. Click the Custom Level button. 5. Scroll down to the entry “Allow websites to open windows without address or status bar.” 6. Click the option to Enable. 7. Respond Yes to the question “Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?” 8. Click OK. 9. Next time you open a browser window the Address bar and Status bar will not display. You
