Some exercises have variations. What are the Fatal Fitness defaults for each exercise?
Here are a few of our defaults. Any time one of these exercises is posted, it will be according to these defaults unless otherwise stated. burpees–will always be accompanied by a pushup in the middle unless otherwise stated pullups–will always be strict, dead-hang pullups unless otherwise stated flutterkicks–will always be by the four count; all other ab exercises are normal unless stated x4ct.
