Right-click on the display and choose the “Toggle Data Tags” option. This will remove any “stuck” data-tags. Back to Top Q: I can’t find a flight that should be active (in the air) A: Make sure that the flight is flying under an IFR flight plan. VFR flights are not displayed on FlyteTrax. If the flight is flying under an IFR flight plan and youre sure that the flight is active, compare the time of the display to your system clock to ensure that the data being displayed is current. By default, a warning box will be displayed anytime FlyteTrax has not received an update in a 10 minute period. If you still cannot locate the flight, please contact FlyteComm @ (650) 404-8100.
