Workbench allows you upload a ZIP file for inserting, updating, upserting, or deleting binary files, such as Content, Documents, or Attachments. To use this feature, prepare a ZIP file containing the binary files and a CSV or XML-based manifest file called ‘request.txt’. See the Salesforce.com Bulk API Guide for more information on creating the ZIP file. Note, you also use feature for ZIP files not containing binary files, but you will not be able to map the fields in Workbench, so make sure all field in the manifest match those in Salesforce.
