We received reports that some manufacturers CompactFlash cards weren’t being recognized by the player, we researched the problem and found that these cards required an additional control signal. The fix is to insert option “G5” between U1 and R16 on the bottom of the MP3-DSP player board (IDE Reset). Carefully, you need to solder bridge this option.
