Some characters are not correctly converted. Why?

Sometimes, special characters are used to create a document. Those characters are embedded in the PDF file so that other people who do not have the special characters installed in their system can view the document correctly. Magellan does support some of those special characters. If Magellan doesn’t support it, it will output unrecognizable characters.
