Soloflex Verses Bowflex – Which is Better?
Bowflex is a well known provider of traditional home gyms, ranging from beginners’ systems to larger, more complex systems catering to advanced exercisers and athletes. These systems incorporate features like assisted weights, free weights and aerobic exercise options. The Soloflex offers a modern take on the more traditional home gym system, providing many of the same features, but with the additional safety of being free from cables and pulleys. Soloflex uses a unique technology, a heavy-duty rubber called the Weightstrap, to provide up to 100lb of variable resistance, which can be upgraded to 405lb.
