Xtec don’t use Philips components but is still a good kit at a great price with a good 5 year warranty. Polarion uses German made Philips ballasts and bulbs. It uses components you find in factory HID plus it carries the name of Philips which always means quality in HID. It comes with a 3 year warranty.
