So, how is Misty doing with her injury (suffered practicing for Dancing with the Stars)?
She’s doing great. She’s cleared to do everything and she’s still working on her strength. The way she hurt her Achilles — she hurt her calf muscle as well, so she did it about as bad as you can do it. But she’s so resilient and she’s so smart in rehabbing. I saw her yesterday and she offered to help hit balls with Rachel and me so, she’s doing great. How active were you during your pregnancy? I worked out every day until the day before. I walked on a sand dune in Manhattan Beach and I lifted twice a week. I was doing cardio on the elliptical and the bike and treadmill as much as I could. I was basically doing a lot of what I do when I wasn’t pregnant, just at a totally different pace. It was more for the sanity than anything else. Putting on weight affected me a little more than I thought it would. I thought I would love getting big and being able to eat whatever I wanted, but I didn’t enjoy that process. Now that I have Joey, I love my body and I respect it that much more. The image
