Snow set to hit the roads, have a winter car maintenance check?

This is because the Met Office is predicting that snow flurries are set to hit parts of the UK over the next 24 hours (December 14th and 15th 2009). Much of the ice will be restricted to hilly areas in the north and east of the country, according to the forecaster. Sleet is also set to fall in other parts of Britain, which could make driving conditions treacherous. Fuel firm Total is one organisation that has recently underlined the importance of giving an auto a once-over during the colder months.
