Your rulebase has failed to authenticate. Restoring the old SNF file would have restored operations if the file were corrupt. It could also be caused by a configuration change the corrupted the authentication string. Please verify that your authentication string is correct. Also, please check your update scripts – When you download an update your script should check the new file with the snf2check.exe utility before placing the new file into production. If the snf2check.exe utility is able to validate the file then the SNF filter program will have no trouble with it. If all of these things are in place, then you may need to check into other problems on your system that may be corrupting the rulebase file after it has been checked.
