Slow playing video on a Network connection…?

The best form of data transmission is H.263 compression. This form of compression creates the smallest file sizes and increases the speed of the transfer. Also, you can check the recording format you are using. Systems set to full JPEG at 640X480 will see a slowdown in data transfer. This is because the files now are much larger in size.
