• “Big box” installers often are not skilled enough if they run into an issue once your window or door is removed. Such as; water damage, termites, un-square opening, leaving for you to get it fixed, then they will come back to install or they will cover it up. • Our sales/installers will do the best to foresee any potential complications and inform you of options at the time of estimating/measuring. • When we remove the existing unit we examine the rough opening for square and existing damage. We let you know, give you options and go from there. We have the experience and expectation to fix any issue we may uncover on the spot at that time. Custom work • “Big box stores” are not allowed to do custom work, if they do it is “on the side” and you get no guarantee or warranty when they are done. • All of our work is custom to fit your needs and guaranteed.
