Since Year 1 is only 9 months and Year 2 and Year 3 are each 12 months long, is there a prorated funding schedule involved to accommodate Year 1?
The maximum amount that will be awarded to an organization per year is $100,000. Your organization should apply for funds that it can use in Year 1 based on the expectation that it be used from April through December 2006 and for Years 2 and 3 the maximum request is still $100,000 and the grant periods are from January to December. Depending on the start of each intervention, follow-up evaluation requirements may fall into 2010.
