Since the PetriDish is now a bilingual service, are employers required to have job postings translated into French or visa versa?
Even though the PetriDish is now available in French employers are not required to have the text of the job posting available in both languages. However, the job posting does need to appear on both the English and French side of the site. In the Add a Job form you will be asked if you wish to post a job in English and French, If you choose “Yes” you are required to enter content in all the fields under each specific language. If you choose “No” your job will be posted on both sides of the site in the language you have entered.
