Since the inception of the Delhi Metro, what are the new improvements that have taken place?
When it started operations, the Delhi Metro introduced the latest available technologies in the fields of signalling, telecommunications, rolling stock manufacture, automatic fare collection system, traction and track technology, etc. In fact, contactless tokens were introduced for the first time by the Delhi Metro and have now been adopted by the Hong Kong, Bangkok and Taipei Metros.
