Since the funding level awarded is based on the number of students the application proposes to cover, can the number of students at all campuses within the college be included in this number?
Students can be included for any campuses which the applicant intends to meaningfully and intentionally include in the proposed grant activities. Students cannot be included for campuses simply because they are part of the system, but will not be covered by the EMHE grant. If students at additional sites or off-campus locations are to be included in grant activities and the appropriate partner agreements have been submitted, then counting them is allowable and appropriate.
