Since the four COBIT resource types (applications, information, infrastructure and people) apply to each of the COBIT processes, why are some indicated and others not in the Process Descriptions?

COBIT identifies the most important resources the process owner should focus on in terms of control, management and governance. Of course somewhere every process relates to all resources but then we would have to mark every resource for every process, and then we would not add value.
