Southfork Landing has committed to the Garden Valley Fire Protection District that water flow and pressure will meet all fire protection requirements for the District. The PUD will have fire hydrants located at 450′ to 475′ intervals within the community. Southfork Landing will also provide other water resources to the District by offering a tanker fill location and availability to our pond systems. Additionally, Southfork Landing will incorporate the “Fire Wise” Construction Guidelines into the development to reduce the long term potential for fire hazards in the future.
