The policies will not affect the decision making rights of patients under Illinois law. Q. Will there be a loss of local control of ORH since OSF is headquartered in Peoria. A. There will continue to be a local board. It will be a combination of OSF representatives and appointments from the existing Governing Board. Q. What happens to the Corporate Members of Ottawa Regional? A. ORH is exploring mechanisms that would enable the input of its members to continue.
