Since my caisse merger, I can no longer get statements of transactions on AccèsD. Why?
A. During a caisse merger, your account (folio) number changes. The caisse usually adds 100 000 to 900 000 to your former folio number. If, for example, your folio number was 12 345 before the merger, your new folio number would be 112 345 (if 100 000 was added) or 912 345 (if 900 000 was added). You can no longer get statements of transactions on your former account number on AccsD because its as if you were a member of a new caisse. You should have received a letter from your caisse informing you of this a few weeks prior to the merger. To find out more, please contact an advisor at a caisse.
