Since LANce-3000 is programmable over the internet, can a hacker reprogram my system?
It’s not that easy. Even if a hacker discovers your account name and password, the LANce-3000 board has a physical switch that tells the board to ignore any internet programming while toggled. We suggest disabling this security switch only when you know there will be authorized reprogramming activity.
