Since Im not required to meet quotas or maintain production levels, what behavior would terminate our relationship?
Carteret believes that any person that is interested in joining the company is doing so to increase their earnings. Carteret doesn’t provide a free ride as many other companies do for the first sixty to ninety days of employment. We are essentially putting you in business for yourself; if you don’t produce you are the one that suffers, not Carteret. If you are not forthright with the management of Carteret Mortgage, if you create a burden for those around you (clients, realtors, vendors, processors, fellow L/O’s, investors), or you commit the absolute worst error of all, “FRAUD”, you will be terminated and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
