Since I installed Tesco Internet Security, I cannot send email messages or access the shared resources in the network. How can I solve it?
We have developed hotfix hfp100605s9.exe in order to optimize the firewall technology implemented in Tesco Internet Security. Under certain circumstances, this hotfix might prevent sending email messages and/or accessing the shared resources in the network. Instructions for applying the hotfix • Download hotfix hfp100605s9.exe by clicking here • Save the file to your hard disk; to the Windows Desktop, for example. S • SClose the Tesco Internet Security automatic protection through the “L” icon that appears in the taskbar, next to the Windows system clock. • Run the downloaded file. To do this, double-click on the hfp100605s9.exe file in order to apply the hotfix. • Restart the computer to apply the changes. • After completing these steps, you will be able to send email messages satisfactorily. Also, should it be necessary, check whether you have access to the shared resorces in the network.
