A. This is probably because (assuming you don’t have a slow processor) your Texture Quality is set to max. To change this, just go in the video options menu and tune down the Texture Quality by one notch (so that it’s one less click than full). This is because, if you put it to the max, the game renders textures larger than what the V3 normally supports decently, thus decreasing performance by as much as 10 FPS.
