Sick orange watchman goby?

Hi, I don’t know if my Orange Watchman goby is sick. I just noticed his behavior is weird. He just sits under a rock and doesn’t move around all that much. He used to be active digging holes, etc. but now he just sits under this rock and when I feed the fish he does go out and grab food. Today I saw that he grabbed some food and went back under his rock and it almost looked like some of the food went through his gills/sifter part of his body. Is there anything I should do?
